How do you feel about yourself?
Simple question but makes me think it twice how. Found this somewhere on web & have you ever question it to yourself before. I never do. So I feel this might be something new to talk about since I haven't update anything new on here yet :-D
For the most part, what other people think and say about you doesn't matter. Unless you’re trying to make a great first impression (job interview, first date, etc.), don’t let the opinions of others stand in your way. What they think and say about you isn't important. What is important is how you feel about yourself. Do good and feel good. Do bad and feel bad. It’s that simple.
How do I feel about myself?
Or do you feel unworthy, worthless, inadequate, unlovable, insecure?
I can't discover what kind of person I am. Really can't say it. Somebody said" You know.. you're special. You have the look, the IQ. You're a loving girl, fast-learner. You are.. bla.. bla... bla". I wonder if they lie just to make me feel good of myself. But why don't think it a positive, & take it as a good things you have in other's view.
When was the time I feel bad?
This might be funny but, seriously I feel so. I was raised as Catholic, every Sunday I should go to Church. However, a lot of things like working, attend courses & other commitments that coming accidentally unable me to go to Church consistently & I feel bad. I feel that around me is Satan that is trying to dump me into hell.
When was the time I feel good?
When I walk at town, & see people(beggars) ask for money & give some to them.. the feeling is so good. I think that I help somebody who in need. But, today's trend of life for walking beggars sometimes annoying me. I can be so confused to help or let it be not because I refuse to give a hand but, it's a tricky trend. They were sent by certain party to ask for money & home with a car. Woa! Amazing. But it's all come from our honesty. Give when it comes from your heart to give.
So here is ways to feel better of yourself that might help us
1. Keep going.
2. Trust yourself.
3. Be friends with life.
4. Watch your thoughts.
5. Summon the strength you have inside.
6. Learn to love yourself.
7. Don't want too much.
8. Don't get insulted.
9. Recognize that disappointment is part of life.
10. Deal with your fears.
