Honestly I feel disappointed with our education system in Malaysia nowadays, and really sorry to say that the changes made and being made by certain party about Malaysia's Education caused unsatisfactory among graduates, existing teachers and the society.
Regarding the plan made to accept English teacher from India, I strongly state my opinion that I disagree about this for some reasons. First, our fresh graduates from IPTA and IPTS out there are in a big number which is still waiting to be posted. I believe their 4 years studies in University made them prepared enough to take the challenge to teach our students in a good and effective way. Why don't give them a try? I have friends graduated in this field and their English are very well and able to compete with others. If you hear some Indians speak, their pronunciation on some words are always confusing people. Well, that's a fact. My point is, our English teacher should be given a chance to fill the vacancy available in government sector.
Another big issue, is whether the government should abolish UPSR and PMR examinations for the next years to come. My personal view on this matter is, if it's really being implemented in the years to come, it will create far reaching consequences for our human capital development.
It is said that with only SPM as the sole public examination, teachers and students can care less for exams and focus on improving creativity, interactivity, sports and co-curricular activities. If an abolishment is required to improve the students creativity, interactivity, sports and co-curricular activities, they should abolish only PMR, but the teachers must use their time wisely to ensure that every student that is under their wing to succeed in their exams, ensure they have a goal, and guide them till SPM. The syllabus of subjects should be examined and recheck again as to align with the needs of the students.
However, without both UPSR and PMR, may cause the students to get nervous to do their SPM. And get confused even more on what are their strength and weakness. As it stated that, PMR is the compulsory examination taken during Form 3 to gauge a student’s level before checking their suitability for art/science stream.
As I walked into my friend's room last night, I heard they were hardly discussing something interesting in my mind that is education in Malaysia and the fate of students whose graduated from private college like Unirazak. I was attracted to have this issue on my blog, and wanted to share my own opinion about this.

Recently, the ministry of education introduced sistem Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (SBA) as to replace UPSR and PMR. This system has been examined and found to be consistent to be practiced following the success of this system is implemented in other countries. However, it might be a burden for teachers to key in the data in the computer. I don't think all teachers equipped with skills in computer, especially the veteran one. They also have less time to do so as I observed and interviewed some of them.
The last thing I wanted to bring on is, WHY EVERY YEAR GRADUATES FROM UNIRAZAK HAVE PROBLEM TO BE POSTED in the government schools? I believe the abilities and IQ of graduates between UNIRAZAK and others are almost the same or some even more advanced. I understand that the government wants to prioritize graduates from IPG, then IPTA and lastly IPTS. What I don't understand is, why there is still any doors opened such as KPLI and GSTT to fulfill the needs of the school that is claimed having less teachers. Won't they see out there still thousands graduates holder of degree of education are waiting. No offence but our 4 years studies are just useless if no actions been taken from responsible party.
While waiting for the good luck to come, we (unirazak graduates) are trying to survive by doing job not under our field. At least We learned that world is so unfair. Shortly to say "Semua ini duniawi" Just live holy :-D "Crapping mode"
#Please no offence, right me if I wrong#
