Scratched bumper, whose fault?

What a bad  day, today. Someone has just hit my back bumper and there is a 15cm scratch long. Well since this is my first experience, I just have no idea what to do. I supposed to stop my car & check it out but I didn't do that. I feel so nervous and alone. If only I have that courage ...
 
Long & deepen scratch!
 
So, this is how it happened. It was 8.40am, & I knew it's already late morning to arrive office and to get a parking is too hard now. I had to round it over and over again. As I looked for a parking, I heard something hard scratching at my rear bumper. I didn't expect a car beside  me which is stopped a while ago with phone, slowly moved towards and didn't give me a way! ugh! I saw you, mam! SAA 8858 F
 
 
However I can't do anything. She left. Now, I have no idea what should I do. Bumper repair can be pretty costly. I called my friend and asked him to look at my car as I don't know how serious is the scratch.  I breathed a sigh of relief when he said small scratch.
 
So sad, I no longer have to have the illusion of perfection with this car. Anytime & anywhere, accident could happens. Anyway I thank God, for so far no serious accident occurs in my life. Hopefully, never:)

Hi everyone ... thank you for drop by to my blog. It's been a while since my physical test. I received an offer letter to attend the physical test on the 28 August 2018 (Tuesday) and the test date was held on  3/9/2018 (Monday) @ Kompleks Belia dan Sukan Negeri Sabah, Jalan Taman Pasir Putih Putatan. Guess, I have 5 days to prepare myself for the training lol. and I wasn't that fit anymore. 5 days not enough and I'm giving up before attending. That's fine I whispered, just test it out. So, I actually had done some running and research on the kinds of test they will testing out to the candidates. In fact, they sent some guidelines regarding the UKJK test where you can find in the SPA website. MARA Interview

I don't remember exactly when was it, is like on Sunday in the middle of 2012. However I clearly remember that it was the worst interview ever happened in my life. No wonder, I feel like just yesterday it happened. Yesterday I found that MARA vacancy as a Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan Siswazah, again. This is what brought me into here;) Since some of my friends kept asking me about Mara's Interview,  So it's my pleasure to share this complicated interview I've been through that day. haha How I apply the vacancy?  My sister in-law works as a clerk at MRSM, Kinarut. She applied it for me where I just gave her my Identity Card number. The bad thing is, I got to know the interview will be the next day. & I know nothing.
